Hamilton South Mountain Complex


7,178 m2 multi-use complex including a 2,430 m2 library and a 4,645 m2 YMCA. The library includes areas for collections, seating, children’s programs, meeting facilities and associated administrative services. The YMCA accommodates an aquatics centre, mini-gym, health enhancement area, change rooms, multi-use areas and a child care centre to accommodate 10 toddlers and 24 pre-schoolers.

Shared facilities include lobby, public washrooms, café, parking, pick-up/drop-off and shipping/receiving. The project was tendered under budget.
