Canada Post Corporation Letter Carrier Depot

This 2,730 m2 facility and 1.2-hectare site was opened within a tight 15 month schedule from design to occupancy. The facility is designed to Canada Post Corporation standards and includes a 2,300 m2 operations area, 2 flush-high docks, 3 flush-low docks, and 12 low-grade docks. The program also included a semi-public reception counter, lunch room, offices, interiview room, training area, conference room and locker/change room facilities for men and women.

Site planning and design included provisions for future expansion. The building’s design provides a minimalist expression for future flexibility and quiet dignified integration into the existing commercial/industrial neigbourhood.
